Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day-1

• Morning arrive Mehur Railway Station and travel to P.Leibul Village (approx 1 hour drive).
• Mid-day: Start the trek (approx 3-4 km) from P.Leibul Village to Tumjang Village (approx 2 to 3 hours).
• Lunch : Arrive, register and have lunch at Tumjang Village.
• Afternoon : Hibe to Sielkal Peak ( Sielkal Bung) for panoramic views and sunset.
• Evening : Return to Tumjang Village for a bonfire, local dinner and overnight stay in tents or local homestays.

Day-2

• Early morning enjoy the sunrise from the peak or nearby Vantage points.
• Breakfast at the village and a short exploration of the area.
• Mid morning trek back down to P. Leibul village.
• Afternoon travel back to Mahur for return journey or continue to Halflong for further sightseeing.

Key Details :

• Best time to visit is September to March.
• Maximum Altitude : 1860m (Tamjang Peak) or 1550m (Sielkal Paek).
